In brief most of the rules are the same as last year. I won some lost some.
Stock and F1 will run under the same rules as last year
GT1 motor will be the 23turn tamiya stock type S-R-RR
The format for the racing will be the same as previous years
Mini will be demo class
One major change is that: all driver that have won and gone to japan cannot win in that class or any class lower.
Venue at this stage is Castle Hill but still in negociation with new venue.

Trevor johnstone
At Hoppers last TCS I used a 23turn as did Daniel Hill in GT1. I Qualifiyed 5th in the A's against the all pwering 11turn A final. It proved to be not much slower than the 11 turn but a lot cheaper to run. Didn't burn a brush and trued the com once all weekend. Just gave it a com stick every now and then and it was fine.

A step in the right direction for GT1.

In ranking of the class as one being the highest

GT1 - 1

F1 -2

Stock -3

These are based on motor capacity and option allowed.
So if you have won GT1 the you can race but you cannot win, If you have won F1 you can have a chance at winning GT1 and if you have won Stock then you have a chance at winning F1 and GT1.

By the way Brad and Simon are you racing at the world titles this year in America? If so when do you leave?

Ahhh, gotta hate using the sports tuned!!

Give me a Super Stock Type T, S, R or RR in my F201 any day of the week. Soo much more exciting and cheaper to run, cause you don't have to chuck ya motor out if its stuffed!!
