Hi All I have just put up on MYRCM nominations for the next few races . On the Saturday 25 Th EP I will try to use the new LiveTime for that there is no online nominations at the moment there is rcsighnup that we have sighned up to but at the moment it is a bit of a pain ? so time will tell .

Saturday the 25 Th is EP meet we will TRY TRY to run LiveTime race software we may or may not have your transponder number in that timing system so if you can have your transponder number handy it may save a lot of time .

Working bee
Attention All Members.
As most of you would be well aware, we have a huge race meet to host in November with well over 120 entrants. These entrants are not only coming from all over Australia, but also quite a few travelling from overseas and we want EPR to be looking at it’s best.
The actual event preparations are already well under way, but it’s now time to start holding a series of working bees where members are expected to come and lend a hand, thus sharing the work load.
The first working bee will be held on Saturday the 1st of September.
We anticipate to get the series of jobs done on the 1st we’ll need approx 16 volunteers.
Below is a basic run down on what needs doing and how many people each task will need.
Track scrub and pressure clean: (2 teams of 3 volunteers 6 total)
NBN cable lead in: (2 volunteers)
Fence repairs: (2 volunteers)
Painting: (2 volunteers)
Handy man work (2 volunteers)
Container clean up (2 volunteers)
+ other small tasks
Lunch and drinks will be provided
All the necessary professional equipment and materials needed to carry out the working bee have already been booked and or arranged, so all you need to do is turn up, have some laughs with your mates and enjoy being a part of our great club.
Let’s get this done!!

Hi ALL I have put up on MYRCM noms for this Saturday 4 classes at the moment F1 Stock Mod And Pro 10 IF we get Trucks and 21.5 turn up 3 or more we will run them as well .
