This year's Qld titles will be 6 minutes for 540 and rebuildable stock. It is clearly stated in the ORRCA QLD rulebook:
2.6 Race Classes and Durations
2.6.1 540 stock will be 6 min plus completion of the last lap
2.6.2 Rebuildable stock classes will be 6 min plus completion of the last lap
Nowhere does it mention that the race durations for these classes were a 'trial'. If racers have issues with the race duration or any other matter, then have your club discuss it at their committee meetings and put forward a submission to ORRCA QLD and the ORRCA committee will review and discuss it from there.

Sorry all. Been on camp all week with my lovely school kids in the sticks. Just got back. Will have entry forms up by the end of this weekend. Please check here and also on the ORRCA QLD website.
