Once we got a couple of the radios back with the cracks we reported it to Korea where the stuff is molded and they changed the formula for the plastic. I don't know exactly when it changed but a new radio purchased today should not have the problem.

Mike.

Hey Mike or Tres: whats the current turn around time like in the service department. I'm looking to send my radio in to get the case replaced, but I would need it back before Jan. 10th.(big local race) Any chance that could happen?

Our turn around time is about 5 working days right now, but considering that you are in KS and we are in CA, I would say they chances are slim that you would get it back by the 10th if you sent it today.

Mike

Yeah, I'll just send it in after the big race. But then I'll be getting my new engine to break in. hmmmmmm........

Well, I'll find some time to send it in before the outdoor season begins in May!
