I think that was from last years state championship but its not Scott announcing. It would nice to see an old vid from back in the day.

I agree that Scott and Kenny are the best announcers that I have heard. They can call the race without having to look at the pc screen. They call the whole race and not just 1st 2nd and 3rd positions. It makes for an entertaining day.

Matt that sounds like Scott's voice but your right the video doesn't do justice to his announcing. Great track! Nice line downsiding the tabletop at 1:33. Is that Kinwald's car?

Default Tires

What tires will work for the quals and mains in the states race? The track surface will be different right? I run m3 holeshots or soft AKA grid irons for club racing. Will these work or is there a better option.

Default race

I like the way kenny announces and I have Heard Richard announce a few times like at this years Cactus he sat in for a few races and he does a great job. He had the croud going so I thought that might have been the Scott you talk about. Any way I tried to announce one night and it is not easy so all my respect to the people that can do it good.

Took me a while to read all the different threads today, but this one jumped out to/at me. Also finished seeing accompanied video of Scotty A. announcing

Announcing seems an art form to me which I don't have, but neither does this Scotty guy. He would be, or maybe has been announcing horse racing or maybe greyhound racing. In either case, Kenny is decidedly in a completely
different league. Kenny is so much better because you just plain get EXCITED
when he calls a race. Truely amazing to listen to.

It amazes me that the RC group has an opinion on everything. To talk about "What" is better is one thing but to actually talk about "WHO" is better, come on! This is a person who is well respected in the RC industry and probably knows everyone of you. Can't we just leave it at Congratulations Kenny?
