yes, it is 0.5mm real carbon sticker

G4+ rear hinge pin shaft was chagned "60.5mm"

i cut off G4S stock shaft 3-4mm

i tested G4+ new parts on today.

i did not run my G4S.. only starting engine and Throttle test etc on..

1. new black clutch shoe.

i hold rear tire with full throttle.

i feel more meet(grip) feeling than old back shoe.

and i look up the black shoe.. i could find no wear out than old back shoe.

very satisfactory parts!!


2. new 2nd shoe and housing.

new 2nd housing was smaller than old one.

so i quess 2nd timing was faster than old one.

i locked the 2nd shoe bolt until bolt bottom did not project in opposite side.

as expected.. 2nd timing was too fast...

so i put 1.2mm (3X5)shim under bolt head.

then.. i can setup 2nd timing properly..

if bolt length was shorten.. it can be fixed too.



can i call my G4S as G4+ fairly? ha ha ha ha ha

i have found the G4+ shock. but rather expensive, they sell in set of 2pcs. damn. gansei, go get and let us know if its better than the stock

i see the new G4+ Shock.

G4+ shock head cap had small hole like mugen shock cap to discharge shock oil.

shock rubber also changed.. looks like Kyosho offroad bugy shock rubber.

and shock end ball was changed to particular shape


But i had no plan to test new shocks..

because i am using Knack Shock... if i willing to test it, i must buy it.

i had no money to test all G4+ new parts!!!!

i tested my G4S (80%-90% G4+) in today

i found UFO Clutch Black Shoe Problem.

shoe was pressed down by bell and shoe changed sharp shape.

when i tried first about 10 fuel tank run..

there are no problem in shoe.

But after 10 fuel than.. Clearance(clutch gap) changed each 1 tank run.

i checked shoe.. and i found the new black shoe(UFO2) had bigger diameter than old Black shoe.

clutch bell had same diameter of UFO2 NEW shoe.

i think clutch bell's diameter must be larger than Shoe's diameter.

if not and had same diameter.. clutch bell edge will press shoe edge..

then shoe will be wear out in sharp shape.. like my shoe.

how about you think?


i consider cutting UFO2 shoe to have small diameter.
