Well I got my car and built it today. Very nice indeed. Can't wait to drive it this weekend. Having said that this car would be a very tough build for a novice. Bags were not in order. Had to open up them all to find parts. Instruction were ok but not great.
I got through it fine but I think I have built about 10 in the last 2 years or so.
Will be fun this weekend.

the BEST build on the market, in regards to things like the manual and which pieces are in which bags, and how things are labeled, easily goes to Schumacher. Their package/manual/bags/parts team pulls no punches. Everbody else should be taking notes.
Back on topic though.. I am really excited to finally start seeing some feedback from RM/Indoor/clay racers, that are coming from the RB5 WC. I'm most interested in your perspective/comparison with how well the car steers / changes direction. I already know it will jump well, and will tear up the bumpy sections well... I just hope the long car didn't hurt it's nimbleness....
Im ready for your reports

here's how I mounted all the electronics:
I flipped the receiver, cap, and switch on their sides and mounted them to the side guard. It doesn't look like it in the pic but there's a decent gap between the receiver wires and the battery. I was thinking about mounting the receiver above the ESC but would like to keep that area clear to give the ESC adequate cooling. We'll see how this holds up tomorrow.
