The SCT combo with the 3800 is fast enough that a mediocre driver, such as myself, can set a record for the fastest lap around our track. Just keep in mind that the feel is different than that of a sensored set up. Its not as smooth but very controllable. I really don't have anything but good things to say about the Sidewinder SCT combo. Bar none, its the best deal out there right now.

Yep, it's a great deal! I was debating about whether to put the sidewinder combo in the 10tt or swap it with the MMP and 10.5 that's in my ESE.
Thanks

I wish I could. I really want to keep it.

LOL @ "the super TT". It kinda feels like it. It's a ton-o-fun.

I must be that second guy that runs the TT at LIR hehehe. I will be there this Sunday. Not sure if they will be open considering the holidays. Had a couple of guys drive the truck at LIR. And they loved it.

Lately the MMP has been acting funny. Erratic response and throttle just all wacked out. So I am taking it all out and gonna put in the LRP SXX TC Comp and x12 6.5T motor combo.

All that is left is to get some more driving practice in. I am hoping this truck will be a popular enough to start more advanced classes. See ya at the track.

My front shocks are mounted on the outside lower hole on the arms, middle hole on the shock tower. In the rear the middle hole on the arms and middle lower hole on the shock towers.

I had no problems getting down to 25mm ride height.
Cheers

A friend and I tested another manufactuers springs and they work awesome on this truck. They are Losi 2" black buggy front springs and Losi 2.5" Green rear truck springs. The TT was so good around the track with these springs.
Ill have to find out what shock oils he was running in them.

You even have the tarp down so the champagne doesn't get all over the place. Good thinking.
