Will KO Propo PDS-2367ICS fit in here or would I have to go with a lower profile one like the PDS-2413ICS?

I am planning on Hyperion charger, SMC batteries and Tekin RS ESC.
Is the Tekin Redline motor decent/good or are there any other recommendations for brushless 17.5t?

I have the Low profile PDS-2413ICS on my T3 2010 and it is fast, great return to center and fits the mounts perfect. Tekin RS works for me but if I was going to run unboosted/Binky I would take a pass on the aggravation of this software based ESC's like RS and Novak Kinetics and go with a spec ESC.

IMO the best 17.5 motor for now is team epic D3 .

Man would have been nice to see a new shock design. Xray seems to have really slowed down some. The parts look nice, however, I would have expected a little better designed and adjustable inside battery brace. Something to adjust in or out.

xray shocks are great build them just like the instructions say and there are no issues. curios as to why you are having issues with them as they are juat as easy as any other shock out there. i do wish the cars just came with the alum bodies on the shocks that is the only complaint you will here from me.

To those who have fitted the third body post in the front on the shock tower, do you fit it on the front or the back of the tower?

Back, more support on a longer hood, high pressure area further back needs more support.

You need to either run the RW "Xray" gears or Xray gears.

If the screw holes line up then just drill a hole for the motor adjustment screw
I just checked mine and I have a kimbrough.

Depends on the thickness of the gear where the layshaft passes thru. You may have to sand down the flange that fits around the gear mounting screws to fit the assembled layshaft into the car.
