What do the 1-hole rear hubs do? I am considering getting the 1 degree hubs and see the 1-hole version. What charateristic does it change?

The hole is in between where the normal 2 holes are, so it gives you an alternate link length.

This effect camber gain correct?

Also, I am going to take my shocks apart after races tonight and do some maintenence on them. I'd like to do the hole mod on the shack caps, the one where you drill a hole on the cap to left the air escape.

But, When I was going through this I had a memory that the orange shock cap, the part that screws to the body, has a hole in it already. Is this the mod/improved part that this mod is referring to or is it actually drilling a small hole in the black cap?

For some reason I think i have asked this before....

The black plastic cap itself, there is a blank mark you can use for reference.

Holes in shock caps result in 0 rebound.
Car feels VERY planted and settled after mod.
Significant improvement in pure drivability!

The hole goes in the black plastic cap so air can vent out between the cap and the bladder inside the shock. The hole on the side of the orange aluminum cap are unrelated.

Anyone know if they are going to make a 11 to 2012 conversion kit?

They have said that they aren't.

Too many bits, so it would probably be cheaper to buy the new car or upgrade slowly.

The 1-hole upright may be used on high-traction tracks or tracks with long sweepers, since the position of the center hole will allow faster driving through those corners because of better cornering speed.

Yeah, the smokem gives a lot more steering but it loses some corner speed compared with the kit deck. It was much faster on the track I ran on the other day but it's definitely not for everywhere

At my track we have some VERY tight corners and I had to take off the rear sway bar to help me get through the corner. I had my steering full lock to lock and still couldn't take the corner with any kinda speed. Would going to the rear 1-hole uprights help me get through the corners faster?

I don't so much like the idea of no rear sway bar, I thought abut going down to a 2.4 spring in the rear and a 1mm rear sway bar.

The rest of my setup is the carpet setup, rubber tire from the xray forum from Paul L.
