They don't have anything listed on their site for the TC6. Last I heard the Yokomo BD7 version 2s will fit with different wheel hexes.

Shoot them an email and see, I know they exist somewhere. I had also used the bd5 version with hb/rsd size hex and a 3mm inside bearing and some shims to get the fit right, little bit of a pain but worked as well. If you cant find spec r tc6 I would use the rsd, much easier.

So I'm running a TC6 with a spool and I'd like to put a gear diff in the front (Associated #31344) to replace the spool.
On the TC6.1, they have a spool in the front, and a gear diff in the rear.
Does that mean on my TC6, if I want to run a gear diff up front, that I should also buy a gear diff for the back too? Or, will the car be happy with a gear diff up front and a ball diff in the back?
Is there anything besides the #31344 that I need to purchase to do the conversion? I looked on Associated's site and elsewhere but couldn't find the answer.
Thanks!

These will break from impact. The motor power is not really a factor than that when you run a faster motor you tend to hit the wall harder.
There is not much that can be done to solve the problem other than to try and hit fewer obstacles. Using the slipper spool instead of the straight spool can lessen the impact and will definitely improve blade life. A very tight gear diff will do the same.

The WC supplement is finally up on the AE site and I was surprised that they specify 5mm ballstuds for the WC bearing caps. I'm surprised because 5mm would still poke out of the bottom of the hole and seems to me like it could still bind... I feel much more comfortable with the 3.25mm studs.
Yes, the WC supplement is on the AE website. #31280 5mm ballstuds is the part that fits into the new vertical ballstud bearing caps.
Hope this helps someone else. Thanks to Mike and Vostok 7.

I have testet this only with a 7.5t/10.5t/17.5t motors and felt no mentionable difference. The slipper is with strong motors maybe a little less aggressive to drive. But that is maybe more of a feeling than a real experience. Otherwise a slipper spool will save your money saving your drivetrain especially the blades.

Bought the TOP battery strap and with the strap installed seems to be a tight fit so the strap can't be adjusted. And ideas? Thought about turning the small carbon pieces around and dare melting off the small curved tips where they fit.
Also, recommended ride Heigth for playing around on asphalt to not destroy the chassis?

Thanks WTCC for the advice. I've got extra ball diffs from my TC5's. I wish I could run one of those for a while in the TC6 front end to see if I like it, but I don't think they will fit a TC6 as I recall. Too wide I think.

Your ball diff should fit the TC6.1 as long as you have #31338 outdrives and #31166 rebuild kit.
