simply put

Raise inner camber link = Lower roll centre

lower roll centre, theoretically gives more grip, but this also depends on the CoG of the car, but for simplicities sack, on the 415, it'll give more grip.

Here is my take on spacers under the front camber link. In theory, more shims under the front camber links would lower the roll center but you will decrease camber gain when the suspension is compressed while cornering. Oddly enough, I have experienced that when you lower you front inner camber links, you feel like you gain more steering. It's because the camber gain offsets the roll center change. This is most noticable during the middle to exit of a corner where the car feels like it's dumping over and then washes out...

Interim solution
In the interim, Tamiya America recommends the following Yokomo parts to directly fit a ball diff unto your 415.
YOK-ZS-501 complete diff half's
YOK-ZC-507 diff thrust bearing set
YOK-ZS-508 diff adjusting kit
The stock Tamiya 415 diff rings will work with these parts as well as the stock rear pulley. In the meantime Tamiya America is working on getting a 415 front diff on the market for our devoted racers. As soon as we have one we will post that information here

pretty much a tamiya front diff is on the way

That would be cool just incase there is a TCS race on a tight racetrack where a diff might be better than a 1 way.
