Default ECS driveshafts

Just wanted to share a little about my first experience with the optional ECS driveshafts for the 008/009. I got an opportunity to test them last weekend, on a small, tight, high bite, indoor asphalt track, with spool/rubber tires. As expected (and hoped), the new ECS provided more initial turn in, more steering overall and more corner speed. They also reduced the spool chatter at full lock/throw. I know these things are expensive (nearly $100 US retail for the pair?!), but I highly recommend them if you're a serious racer. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Third time asking might be a charm

Did you get the 52mm? If so does anyone know who has some in stock?

Thanks

For that price they better fly Pauly out to club races to rebuild them between heats....

I run the 50mm driveshafts on my asphalt car when the track is high bite...You might want to check Nexus Racing for the parts you're needing:

Hi,

I just finish building my Xray T2 009 EU Edition; plan to run on asphalt. I got the Hudy 1/10 All in one on order.

I will use 2S IP 3800 35C with a Tekin RS PRO.

Just wondering what gear/spur could I go for if I plan to use :

- LRP 9.5T STOCK Motor
- Tekin Redline 6.5T Motor

The track where I will go is :

Thanks a lot for the help,

Cédric

Hi,

I'm running a 84 SPUR on a t2 eu 009 with rubber tyres.

How can I know the good FDR in order to choose the pinion size depending on the number of turns of my motor ?

I plan to go for a 9.5T stock LRP and 6.5T Tekin Redline series

Many thanks

Cédric

Would anyone know when Multi-Diffs will be available? I noticed a lot of places have them sold out and out of stock. Same with the regular axles that come in the T2'008 kits since they are much more durable.
