Yep, but now I will also be running Kyosho's 200mm car. They already sent me a FW-05R to put together... I guess it's their new shaft drive 200mm sedan....
I'm glad to see that after I whooped you in our bench race at the Aussie nats you now have the "Right" car...

I want to know all your setups !

regards

Luis

Default Xray

Great news for us xray drivers! I'm sure we'll benefit with your expertise in getting it REALLY dialed. I know one reason my "battery chassis modded" xray was a little hard to drive. I needed to pay more attention to the bent front aluminum caster blocks. They were both bent beyond the normal 3degrees.. and with 3 degrees front kickup I was running way more than 6 degrees caster and had a two dgree variance(from the bent caster blocks) from side to side. Needless to say with your advice the car is really predictable now and planted!

RayJ, I posted a good method for preventing bent/broken C blocks over on the Xray T1 thread. I described it in some detail on page 172, and rayhuang posted pics on page 171.

Default Thanks Stealth

Thanks for the tips and pics. I completed the mod after I discovered the bent blocks!

If you can Josh could you possibly answer a question or two for me, I'm looking to get involved in sedan carpet racing with foams and I'm curious if GRP foams are popular with ozite carpet racing. It seems like everyone either runs Jaco or TRC, is TRC the same foam as GRP's just distributed under trinity's name?

GRP (Gandini racing products) and TRC are 2 completely different companies.
