'K guys.R4 front diff on the RRR WCE,enjoy.Pay attention to the sleeve on the eccentric and as you can see that's a standard R4 diff with a RRR one-way pulley, everything else is untouched.

Rear diff still is the stock RRR one.I have tried one and you would need the longer R4 CVD shafts and a 2mm spacer before the eccentric because the R4 bulkheads are narrower.Bearing size is the same as the RRR so the rear doesn't use sleeves.

Sorry to intrude, but I have a quick question. I have been looking at the for sale area and see that people are trying to sell their RRR; are people buying them? I got out of sedan racing a couple years ago and I have decided not to get back into it and have one to sell.
Thanks for your time.

Hey Guy's, Im planning on asking alot of question's here so im giving fair warning. New On-Road track has opened up in Dallas and im planning on getting a couple of Shimo Edition's cause Kyosho America has them on close out for $375. I had the older RRR, the one before the World Champion Edition, So im excited to get the Shimo goodies in the box for under $600. So be ready for set up question's! Thank's !

Default how to lighten your car

Hey, I have been racing my RRR WCE evo1 for a year and doing not to bad at keeping up with the other cars, the only thing is my car is around the 1920 gram weight. Thats including full tank of fuel.

I'm wondering what the best way of lightening your cars. I'm looking at LiFe battery and some titanium 9mm ball screws. Do you guys have any other good methods of taking the weight off?

If I can get around the 1800 gram weight I would be wrapped..

Cheers,

Paul.

2 pcs of low profile servo will save +-50gm,get the KM HK1 rear dog bone will save few grams, use rear wire type anti roll bar save few grams.
1920-75(fuel)-70(as mention above)-30(life batt)=1745grams

Use the plastic pulleys (aluminum is heavy). Lightweight pulley shafts, 2-speed shaft and 2-speed adapters / housing. Lightweight clutch bell, too.
Oh yeah, can't forget titanium screws.

Novarossi 353 09, they're going for $200-$250 and more than just an OK motor, it's fast and very competitive, I know a kid who did awesome at the nats in Arcadia Florida with the motor.. I have 2 and I'm probably gonna buy at least 1 more justified have, oh and I have it in a triple rrr Wc

Novarossi LL3,3St,3cst,and 353 09 steel or ceramic. These are from cheap to expensive. All are great quality and fast, especially 3cst and after.put them any of the new reinforced Nova pipes and you are done!

Default Pipe

Novarossi 2660 pipe and 41615 manifold on the 353 09 or even the 12 3sct great match, I even used a 2664 max power pipe and it was just as good if not a little better
