almost.i'd say 3mm mroe before the pin comes out.
is this normal?

Hey Alch, that's a nice charger. How much does one of thoses go for in Japan? Are they hard to find?

You're fine. Alot of us are now using the hardened front universals from the old belt drive car, they're slightly longer and go all the way in the drive cup, so much so that you have to grind down the ball on the end of it.

Most shops here have the Charger, but at the moment, the 2 main shops here in tokyo are out of stock, i bought the last one at 1 of them... It seemed to be a very popular item over the weekend.

You can get them from RC Champ when they come back in stock, which will probably be this week, but i guess since it is coming out this month over your side of this world, its probably better to wait..
Hopefully i will be able to download the english manual for it soon!

All shops are selling them for 42000 Yen..
