CVD pins are loose
I have the Worlds CVD's on Yokomo BD in the front. I have been running them a couple of months now worrying about the pin in one-way outdrive side coming out of its hole. Same problem appeared on both CVD’s immediately after I installed them. I have put Tamiya anti wear grease in the outdrive slots and that keeps the pins centered and in place (or keep them from stalling the car during a race).
Other than this the CVD’s are great. I like the pinions too.
Maby TiR people could advise on a fix to this problem. I have just been a little bit lazy not to do more after I sent an email to TiR and received no answer.

Hi, can anyone tell me the TiR part numbers for the front & rear driveshafts for the Mi2 EC.
I cannot see them listed anywhere.
Thanks

TNM2564W is identical to the stock driveshafts which are the same front and rear.
TNM2564WR have slightly shorter dogbones that line the blade up with the lower hinge pin. TiR claims this is better.
We have run WR's on carpet and asphalt in high and low grip and we can't see any change in lap times from stock dimension drive shafts to WR's. That said they certainly do not hurt lap times so by all means run them if you like the concept behind them.

Cyclone's spool
Hi,
I'd like to know if you plan do produce a new spool (for Cyclone) that will fit the new narrow pulley.
Same as the new HB spool witw 4 screw (3x6 mm with flatted head).
With the spool I have, you can only put 2 screw with the new pulley.....The pulley can't turn round.

what is the exchange rate between usd and br?
my invoice from TiR was for 61.92br including shipping, and the charge on my cc was 120.00usd. is the exchange rate really almost 2:1? i find it odd that the usd amount came out to an even $120.00.
clarification needed.

If you are talking about the British Pound then the 61.92 would be 114.08USD closer to the 120 you were charged.....either way something isnt right. But the 120.00 might be right depending on what the market was like that day.

i have cvd-s(3 sets), spools(2), and pinions(about 20)........
litle problems with pinions:
1. 1 pinion is very bad anodising
2. 1 pinion came in wrong package(on package sticker was size that i ordered but inside was another)
3. center hoole may be an issue but don't have unusable pinion jet
i will buy them more as i like them! Just make better QC on product(pinions) before hit the market.
