had the R12 looking good in practice then all of a sudden I brian farted for two qualifiers. Wound up in the B-main but due to computer issues they didn't get a chance to run the mains so I had to settle for the stupid B-main finishing position I will return for some more nitro action after the Reedy. Gotta get back on asphalt next weekend since I was unable to do so this weekend (electric car that is)

Hey King-G,
So you found that when it got hotter there was a need for the raiser plates AND 1 mill shims in the rear of the car? (Did i read that correctly?)
PS. State Race at Superrior coming up. Who's going to be there?

Good 'cause i would like to see these RDX guys eat their words. All of the superior guys are sponsored by corrally so they have been selling those damn rdx's by the case load. Be prepared to see LOTS of 'em.
BT W Your dancing fat guy is really disturbing

Grip/setup problems
I have a bit of trouble with my MI2.
I am driving on a low grip track now and the rear of the car is unbelivable unstabel.
Even when i drive real slow a couple of meters straight and then i steer the back goes around.
My setup is:
Front
low towers/tamiya dampers
50 oil piston 3
asso gold (19.5)
second outer hole shock tower/ outer hole on arm
-0.5 toe in
-1.5 camber
4 degree castor
C/f arms
one way
Rear
low towers/tamiya dampers
45 oil piston 3
xray blue green (15)
third outer hole shock tower/ outer hole on arm
-3 toe in
-2 camber
C/f arms
alloy rear hubs
1mm anty squad
barttery is back in.
roll centre normal.
I even tried an roll bar in the front this helped a tiny bit but its still worse.
The track is an large outdoor tarmac track with real fine tarmac.
I have driven this car for 1.5 year now and never had this trouble at an track. Everything in the car seems to be right also tried different diffs.
I hope someone can help me out because the nationals are in 1.5 week and i hope to have the car right then.

First, I'd loose the one way. Also check and see if the drive train is bound up. Especially with the oneway, if the drive train is dragging, it can act like brakes and with a oneway, that'll cause it to spin. If you're on a low grip track, a oneway is the last thing you'd want in your car anyways.
Also, does it do it more one way than the other? The chassis could be severely tweeked, the suspension could be bound up badly, etc... There's a bunch of things that could be doing it. But I don't see anything i the setup other than the oneway that could be doing that.

Thanks for your help. I had no front diff with me so i couldn't try it.
Next time i will give it a shot.
But the grips keep changing there from good to bad.
ONe day the grip was good than my setup was good and fast.
but low grip as the last 3 times its horrible.
I was thinking of alot of adjustments for example wheelbase.
should the have more rear grip witch a longer or shorter wheelbase?
And i usually change the roll centre but i tried to put extra 2 mm on the back but no real difference.
should the car have more or less grip when i make the roll centre higher. i thought less but i wanna know sure.
