Truly my bad, I assumed we were both speaking about the Hara Edition. Your Surikarn looks VERY nice, good luck at the track. But I still have the first and only Hara Edition in the states, MUUAAAHHHH HA HA !!

Can someone tell me what effect does a narrower pivot block has in the front of the Cyclone? The standard kit set-up is 2.5 deg. What is the effect if I use the 1.5 deg in the front?

Higher rear toe in increases stability on high speed for the car. Thus slows you down a little bit caused by friction tire contact on surface.

using 1.5deg upfront will result in less aggressive steering.

I going to use a Velocity 4.5 on my new cyclone.
At the track, all other driver ( not with a cyclone ) are using a final ratio of 10.
This mean that with a 108 spur gear, I have to use a 26T pinion.
Is it possible to install it ?
Which is the lower pinion I can use ?

Default CYCLONE S

just when you thought you're seen the latest version of the cyclone when the Hara and Surikarn editions were released....

HPI/HB is set to release the Cyclone S.
from the look of the specs.. and economy version without all the bells and whistles of the stock Cyclone. I guess this would make a good entry level car.
and it comes with body, tires, wheels, and inserts. not bad for a $200+ car.

1/10 EP Touring
part no 66403

All Cyclone Option parts can be used. Also, new Stabilizer base can be used to Cyclone for smooth movement.

Specification:

Not RTR, not assembled
Motor/Spur/Pinion not included
Tire/Inner/Rim are in Kit
All Cyclone options can be applied
Plastic made upper deck, Chassis, Carbon parts etc are newly designed to reduce cost.
No Stabilizer in kit.
Ball Differential for Front and Rear
No center one way in kit
Body Shells: 4 Door type original body.(no other body shells variation)
Motor Mount is Silver

price : 19800 yen
