The new McAllister C6 LeMans Corvette is good to go. I will get around to updating the list.

Hey all: Just wondering what is it about the new wgt-r class that is making it take off much more than the wgt class we've had for many years now? Thanks

I think the rubber tires and also the 17.5 motors make for good close racing.

Thanks for the post Joe. We did make this body specifically for the CRC rubber tires dimensionally.

Someday if we are at the races together (in Flagstaff, hint, hint) maybe you can tutor me on posting photos. Haven't been able to get that to work on my own....LOL

There are a lot of WGT chassis out there that were collecting dust. The rubber tires and GT body selection makes for an easy transformation into a fun class that is economical and scale looking. The tires work well on carpet and asphalt and having a limited selection of tires is far less complicated to be competitive. I usually run 13.5 and Mod TC and this class is a really nice departure from the usual classes without going to F1. I ran F1 for a couple of years and I like WGT-R much better. More down force and rubbing fender to fender is fun.
I would like to see a standardization that dictates 17.5t for carpet and 13.5t for Paved tracks since they a typically larger. I tried it and feel it's more fun given the higher speeds and grunt out of the corners.
