Guys, what spring feel almost the same to HPI silver or blue? It's hard to find HPI parts in my place. The available brands are xray, photon, and tamiya.
Thanks

I use them all the time. The latest and greatest isn't always the best.

shocks
hello,
i have a question. what does the part number 42102 come w/, piston wise? 2 hole-3 hole? i'm running a competitors car, but HATE the shocks that are on it. i read that the bodies are threaded, but i have seen pictures that there are ride height spacers w/ the kit, or it looks like ride height spacers??
also, i'm assuming that the 42102 is the shocks that come w/ the 417. is that correct?
any info would be greatly appreciated

Hello guys!
First of all, Merry Christmast to everyone!
Past days, I finished mounting my 417X, and I'd found one problem.
The front belt, touch the inner aluminium servo mount and antenna post.
I'd shaved the inner servo mount to resolv the problem (about 1,5-2,0 mm).
I review all the mount points about central spur gear, rear diff and front spool without founding any mistakes, and shimmed them in the right possition like manual drive us.
And also, the upper belt tensor, is to centered and I must do a drill 1.5 mm to left about not touch the front belt.
Look at this photos.
Do you have this problem? Any ideas?
King regards from Spain!

thanks for picture i am using gear diff front and back. The picture of kentech does show that belt is away from mounts but once is starts rotating the belt will move left/right and will at one point touch servo mount and even belt tensioner! I went the Yokomo route and mounted my servo with servo tape and further out! Always a way
