Juho
Been looking at some of the photos from the last ETS.
Couple of questions,
you are running the Spec -r Diff and also you have changed the steering knuclkes around for the bumpsteer.

It also looks like you are running some litemodz rear cvds?
Also it looks like you have heatshring on the front cvd's?
I also noticed that you were running green rears and silver fronts, so harder in the rear? what was this counteracting on? just used to seeing harder in the front than the rear thats all.

I am not juho but I think he is gone on vacation so I can shime in and help you out.

He has been running a Spec R diff right ! The front knuckle we have been running them like that with 6 degree castor block ! It actually doesnt make a difference as long as you have close to the same bumpsteer.

As for the spring, Green is softer than silver. If I am not mistaken green is 11 and silver is 14.

Hope this helps

has finally reached the car to my house this morning, I will comment on here about mounting ....
I'm also waiting for the differential Yokomo

a greeting from Spain

PS: it is safer than the first Associated TC6 entering Spain, dealers here do not already have in stock

Keven,

Have you tried running Gear Diff in the Front AND Rear? Instead of a spool? Just curious if you had any experience with that yet. We have a few local racers running that combination with 80,000 to 150,000wt in the front with success.

Thanks Kevin,

I appreciate the help. This is one of the main reasons for running this car.

Chris - Yes I have tried, the car gets in the corner better but does not exit as well ! it is a compromise. when I ran I had 300 000 in it and it felt like it could use an even thicker lube.

DJG - Glad I could help, if anything else let me know !

Do the Losi #57 pistons fit without modification?

Has anyone tried Tamiya pistons? Do they fit?

Default Plastic Parts

I talked to customer support (Don) at AE yesterday about the parts that needed to be replaced in my new kit, I asked if the new car came with hard plastic and Don said NO.
FYI

Car has HARD plastic included... He is probably looking at the incorrect manual that has all the wrong soft numbers in it. Don needs to be educated.

This has already been documented a few pages back by Sean Cochran and other Team drivers.

Call Don back and make sure he sends you HARD parts if it is plastic they are replacing for you.

OK, But how do you know this? I was going to give away all of my soft plastics that came with the kit to some of our local racers. Before I do this I want to make 100% sure the plastics are soft or hard.

Thanks
