My kit just came in today! Waiting on electronics before I start the build. Getting the body painted though, my painting skills are horrible. So excited!! Thanks Frank and TLR! Can't wait to try this buggy out!!

Hey guys just got my 3.0 done and letting you know that the stock yokomo yz2 bodies look amazing on the 3.0 and fit perfect.

In hindsight... I should have snapped a photo. I have heard of a couple others that had this as well. I am not complaining but rather thought it was a miscommunication of sorts. No big deal as I run 1.6s on all 4 anyways but I swear to you that's what I got in my kit.

1.6f/1.7r seems to be what most of the listed setups call for. Anybody want to take a shot at describing the difference it made for them?

Alright, had my 3.0 on the track for the first time yesterday. I run on a super high-bite track (NewRed Hobbies). Car was decent out of the box, but I made several changes to help the under steer feeling this car generates compared to the previous models. Kit setup was stock aside from the following:
32.5 weight on all four corners
2x1.6 pistons on all four corners
standard red springs up front
standard pink springs rear
Front roll center shims at 2mm
Rear hub spacing 3mm front 1mm rear
Rear camber block at 0mm
No CVD spacer
Brass kick shim
Battery 2/3 forward
Car felt great to drive and with a few more changes it will be terrific. I managed to "break" my rear shock tower on the RR corner landing gently on a simple tabletop, so I was a bit disappointed in that (posted the picture on the 22 Empire Facebook page). Frank stated that it's not a known issue, but the problem has been popping up here and there. I ordered two new towers and a spare rear camber block from Horizon in preparation for JConcepts SuperCup next weekend. Hopefully the car will make it through two days or racing
PS. I pulled out the 2.0 and TQ'd in Mod lol.
