I'm lost you talking about using BK bones instead of the xxx-s ones on the xxx-s? Why and what do you have to mill to get them to work?

they call them BK bones. they are just regular bones with bearings on them. you have to mill the outdrives to get the bearings to fit.

running mod tears up outdrives and leaves a notch in them.

Mod does it about 5 times faster than stock and 19t..

I need to get mine hooked up to CNC, but I just have the regular mill for now.

im going to get my losi back up and running for the foam season and was woundering what i would need to get for the car to make it competive again? thanks for the help

what size bearing are used for the BK bones and how much are you taking out of the out drives for them to fit right?

We just use the XXX steering bearings. Just gotta shave the outdrive slot to 3/16. I suggest doing it on a mill though, I've seen a dremel job and it was pretty hurting..
