Now I have a question. What type of lube should be used on the one-way bearings? I used diff lube but was just wondering if there is something else I should be using?

Ti Screws
If anyone puts together a complete Titanium screw set, or know of a place in the US to get one, I'd also be interested.

STLNLST & marvi: The RRP thin gears work fine...

"Super Machined Spur Gear"
"Our Super Spurs are precision machined from tempered plastic for unequaled strength and durability. They're l/3 lighter and thinner than our standard spurs for a lower rotating mass and quicker throttle response. "

?
Hey guys, I need some advice in how to get better low speed cornering (carpet track). My car is great in the sweepers but gets alittle bogged down in the hairpins and coming out of the chicanes. I have to blanket the inside line to keep the Schumachers from passing me. Here's my current setup. Any advise is appreciated.
Front:
One-Way
all the way in on the shock tower
2nd from the inside hole in the camber link
green spring
60 wt oil
-1 camber
4degree blocks
2F kickup
LRC
5mm ride height
0 toe
Rear:
2nd hole from the inside of shock tower
all the way in on the camber link
blue spring
60wt oil
-1 camber
2R anti squat
LRC
5mm ride height
1/2 degree blocks on the right way
Motor:
P2K 90/23
Tires:
Sorex 24R with med inserts all around

Seamus0g Thanks. Chownr did you get the site I e-mailed?
I found another P2K2 Pro with better #
30,095
132.0 watts
68.1 eff.
174 trq.
On paper it seems a lot better than this one:
Question. Since new to TCs, Should I be looking at Torque and Watts more than RPM or Eff. when choosing a stock motor? Especially for a parking lot track? Is this the wrong place to be asking
If this is driving the experts crazy,is there a recommended site that I can read up on some of the fine tuning and quit asking the newbie type ??
The main thing is getting the driving skills back and worry about the little stuff later. Now if Losi would send the parts I am missing. Should have been here this morning I could have been out practicing instead of tieing up your board.
It just seems like TC is a bit different than the old RC12 I ran in the 80's.

And every question you have (or will have in the future about making fast R/C motors has been answered by Big Jim. Check out his excellent motor thread on HobbyTalk (http://www.hobbytalk.com/bbs1/Forum3/HTML/000868.html) as well as his site (http://bigjimracing.topcities.com/). Good stuff.
