No Frank, Thats minimum if you want your buggy to run longer than 5 min, whether racing or bashing, and in my opinion a true basher puts more stress on servos than racing.

JP4 is mid to top end.

I would say the 3 would be better. As it just boils down to the legality of the pipe for different sanctioning bodies.
