Speed is related to many many factors. Engine tune and gearing are the biggest two variables.
You could tune it extremely lean and run a 18 tooth bell and it would scream like hell for about 10 minutes till it blew up. I do not suggest you do anything like this.
The combo you described will get you going pretty well just like the rest of the manufactures.
Top speed really isnt an issue with racers. Bashers on the other hand....

Not trying to bash on anyone or any product I'm just saying there's a reason the red cat hasn't won many races and that's because the ppl building the cars don't care about quality durability the way it handles or anything they just make parts and throw it together so poor sukers that don't no what to look for can buy it only to hate our sport 3 weeks later cause there awsome looking red cat fell apart.
U could always get the losi (8) rtr vehicles that might save u 90% percent of all those headaches.

Having nothing to do with the fact of it being a Redcat, it will go approximately 155mph if you drop it down a mineshaft.
That is of course assuming that it will spin slightly as it decends.
I love "how fast will it go" questions.
But to be completely serious for a second, there are a lot of variables that really won't get you to an accurate guesstimate. Tire ballooning, drivetrain ratio, freedom of bearings or bushings spinning, what motor, what tune, what body, everything will affect it by up to a few miles per hour.
