I meant I had the quickest car in my 21.5 spec class.

5.5T??

why dont you use the basic mod programs? which is what comes with the speed control if I'm not mistaken. You dont need timing with a 5.5

just drive it

Am I correct in thinking Hobbywing's firmware works with SP ESCs? What would be a good starting point for 12th scale 17.5 boosted settings and rollout, using either the Xerun 1s or SP GT2.1 EX, with SP 17.5 1s motor?

With a 5.5T I was using between 8 and 8.5 on the FDR. That's using the 0119MOD firmware, so it only has turbo available, between 14 - 20° (again dependent on track size).

Hi I am looking for some help. Tried my new T3 today. Hobbywing v2.1 120a and speed passion version 3.0 competition 10.5T and very very slow

48pitch 78 spur gear and 28 motor pinion.

Best setting and which software is best to use?

A local racer said I need to change / adjust the timing bell.
Or is it my 120a esc problem? Do I need a 60a esc instead?

Thanks

Anyone else tried 211 with a SP GT2.0? Mine loaded on, worked but had no advance or turbo. Tried reloading twice and still the same, reloaded 119 and worked perfectly retried 211 still no advance/turbo
I know its not the sensor lead
Both my HW 1s's work perfectly with 211

Is this a new HW/SP thing?

After doing an upload, always recalibrate your controller. I have found on acouple of occasions I have lost the calibration while switching FW's.
I also uploaded the FW twice (just because), and use a 2S battery, even though the car normally only runs a 1S. I dont know how HW has designed their controler, but I figure alittle extra voltage on tap couldnt hurt.
