Good evening Angelo,
I just received the information from Ms. Bell. And I completed the transaction. I'd like to thank you very much for your assistance and excellent customer service. You now have one more Hobbywing user for life

hello
I gave a look to the software and I played around with the demo mode. It would be possible to have a firwmare for the xerun 150A similar to that proposed in Car_turbo_v3? I refer to the settings of the throttle control and brake control. That way we could have more control and more accurate on Throttle and brake

Thanks for the reply.

as mentioned by Wildcat1971, they are stored in the ESC.

I am running a 13T Ezyrun sensorless motor with a Xerun 120 2.1 with the boosted software in it. Is this the best software to use or is there one that will give the motor some sort of advance. Also do many or any of the adjustments such as brake, punch, timing work with the Ezyrun motors using the Xerun ESC ?
In regards to my previous post as above, will an Ezrun ESC run a Ezrun motor better than the Xerun or will it be the same with either ESC ?

Angelo,

Can you explain the differences between v3_120612 and v3_120808 USB software?

What was changed/added/removed/fixed/etc?

Default V3 setup

Hello I'm Paulo from Madeira Portugal
I use to run a gm esc and i change to hobbywing V3. The fists run i was surprised with it, so fast and really amazing to drive,
with profile 6 / GM motor 13.5t i start 2 minutes run and watch temp, and 4 minutes watch temp but 5 minutes run just cut off motor temp
I read de manual and the FDR for TC 13.5 is between 4.00 to 5.00 so I used FDR 4.375
So I need same help for a good set-up please.
Our track is very big asphalt with a 90m straight

I will be grateful for any help

Hi All,

Been doing some testing with the V3 on 21.5 boosted but feel my motor temps are too high for my liking, has anyone got some base settings to work from and I can see if I am a long way off? Although a know it is track dependent an idea of FDR would be good!

Cheers

It also depends on what motor you are running.
The Hobbywing motors run a lot cooler then for example the LRP X12.

With a FDR of 4.3??
No wonder the motor is running hot.
Go up to 5.5 and temp again.
I was running a FDR of 7.5 on a tech track with a straight of 50 meters.
Motor temp was 71 degrees celcius after 7 minutes.

regards Roy
