Hudy Break In Bench

Looking for some help and/or suggestions. I have the Hudy break in bench and have used it many times without issue. The last couple times I have used it, the motors have been hard to start. I use a Hobbico Torqmaster 180 to turn the prop. I have checked many things and I feel like it's either the Hobbico has lost power or maybe the rubber insert has lost its grip. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Is the starter just stalling, or is the rubber slipping on the prop ?
Also are the engines the same brand as you have been running in before - or different ?
There is a huge discrepancy in the "tightness" of new engines from make to make.
I'm guessing your pre heating the engines before starting ?
Is it possible that whatever you are using to heat the engines is not working properly anymore.......
Not properly heated a new engine will be a struggle no matter what starting system your using.

Spinner (propeller locking nut)
Hi hope someone can help.
The spinner (nut) that secures the propeller to the crankshaft keeps coming loose. I'm using a crankshaft locking tool so at time of assembly it's tight.
I'm using an electric drill with a max rpm of 2000 (in reverse).
After a lengthier bursts with the drill (5 secs) the spinner comes loose.
Anyone experience this? And more importantly what did you do to correct.
