My Zac Project is a fully mod os12tr and pumps out 1.3hp.....yep, it goes!

The os12cvr is a pullstart side exhaust and also puts out 1hp, Ive seen one of these in a Toothless Tiger (sorry thunder tiger)
and it went pretty hard, i'd say very similar to the Novarossi.

When you look at the winners listings in magazines for nitro on-road you always see novarossi and some others (rb, picco etc) however I'm yet to see os in there, allthough they are frequently in the off road section.
Who said I was comparing the two O.S.'s with each other? I know which one would come out on top and so does everyone else !

Re-read the post, i said
"You cant compare the os12tr and the cx12ps2, 1 is a bumpstart rear exhast and the other is a pullstart side exhaust!"

I said nothing about comparing the two OS engines, the original post was regarding Novarossi cx12ps2 vs OS12cvr.

If your going to run on rubber tyres torque is going to be less important than speed. On foam tyres, because of the increase in traction torque and speed are important, I didnt see anything that I would personally recomend around the mark.

one version is pull start and comes with rotary carb and the other version u need a starter box and it comes with a slide carb

Squiz, your of no help? SHIT

"Sausage_Link"
and in my OS magazine it says that a os 12 cvr has .56 hp

Well then, i reckon you'd be better with the GS15-r oevr the OS12 cvr

The GS15-r is rated 0.64

That figure was incorrect, the output of the cvr was 1.00hp,
sorry I posted the link but not the info.

Yeah i went into the link, it was a sort of like joke for sausage link,
cause he's having soo much truble with his "High Power" GS15-r
Im not knocking the GS either, i cant afford to upgrade engines, so im sticking with it until it completely dies, (Time for rebuild)
But mine has plenty of grunt, and great fuel efficiency, specially for a kit motor.

Oh and on an earlier link, V-One S Racer said that every1 knew the difference between 2 engines, Please Racer, don't assume these things, i dont know the difference between 2 engines.
So don't assume
