heard from japan that the car was designed and "tested" so far in germany, not like the previous mrx(s) which tested in japan.

It would make sense as the M-spec buggy/truggy have been a hit. Kits and M-spec have been in the instock/sold out/back order cycle since released.

Yes you can get it pre-built. Just have it shipped to me and i will build it, test it, and send it to you ready to go.
