Well, they both have plenty of skid marks now but when in the indoor track there was definitely no contact ... you'd know if there is because you'll either scrape off the special track paint or you'll skid off to the boards big time!

That's for the Serpent 710, not by Serpent... THIS is. No pic, but I hear it's orange.

Kai makes a kit to lay down the throttle servo.
Here's a pic.

Here's their site.
http://www.kmodels-kai.com/nitro-kai-top-right.htm

It's not a complete kit.
You'll still need to get some extra parts to complete the conversion.

[i]Dear Sirs

Our kit is composed only of C-FRP parts.
Because the other part isn't included, you please buy at the shop in your country particularly.

< Necessary parts which isn't included in the kit >
The 630 ball bearing?@*1
The M3 - 14 mm screw *1
TheM3 washer?@*‚P
The M3 nylon locknut *1
It is one set in the turnbuckle with the about 30 mm full length. *1set
The part number 802144 of the SERPENT Inc. * 1

The part which is the linkage can use the normal part of 710 kits.

A manual is included.
An explanation is Japanese but is explained with the photograph.

Sincerely yours

T.Komata

They are the old Impact/835 Pro front drive-shafts, but serpent doesn't have them anymore. We'll have to wait for the new hudy's to come (yes they will come ).

I'll take another look at it before starting any material removal
same problem i had. it only binds after screwing it onto the arms. I went for the easy way out and loosened the grub screws that hold the hinge pins and voila...no more binds. i also greased the pins with AE's Green Slime and now the arms move really nice. You might wanna add some CA onto the grub screws and tighten it just enough so it doesn't grab the pins...but deep enough so that it goes onto the square slot on the pins. Hope this makes sense....
