I would run it if its a large sweeping track. Tight tracks where you have to brake oneways are a little difficult. Oneways will help carry more speed through the turns.
AE oneways do cost about 40 USD or so, so it would be something to look into after you practiced a lot with the front ball diff. When you can get around the track okay and are in search of more speed through the corners, oneways are the way to go. I just love the acceleration right after the apex using the oneway...

can anyone tell me how to mount one of these to my ntc3 ?

whereas the RPM bumper was made for the old Version 1 NTC3 that included this short bumper (V1 bumper)
.
In other words for you to use that RPM bumper you need to get this ASC2226 "short bumper". I hope this helps.
