I have the NS3 engine. It really flys. The turbo crank is the same as the NS5 Part No 15615. If your using 16% Nitro reduce the shims on the head by taking out the 0.3mm shim and replace with 2 x 0.1mm shims and use the C5TGF plug.

What is the best shoer tires to use on this car? I run on a medium sized track that is prepared with sugar water and the VHT...... what would be a good split to use on this also?

Tough question, depends on other factors. Like Tempature of track and ambient temp.

I myself run no split at the moment 40F and 40R but I have used 42F and 37R also have tried 45F and 40R. A safe starting point when I first started useing foams was 40F and 35R.

I see we live in Las Vegas on those really hot days when its 114 outside, I bet the track temp is way up there and its real greasy. Most people will go for a harder tire because of temp, but a good friend of mine gave me a suggestion of trying softer tire to combat the greasy track, and boy did this help out a lot.

So in other words get your self a few sets of ties and see what ya like

That's nearly impossible to answer, it really depends on how much and how often they put the VHT down. If they use lots of it, it can really upset little tourers. Depending on what brand of tyres you run will make a difference and also how tyre wear is. to effectively give you a starting point it would be best to ask your fellow local racers.

For 30% Nitro you will need 0.4mm shim installed and use the C6TGF or the C7

Yes, but which side belt were you using before the K-Factory one?
Were you running the R belt/27T pulley?
