Default Where are different cars made?

So this is going to be a semi stupid post but atleast well have something to discuss.
Anyways. Im going to switch brands for 2011, been running AE for a while now but Ive sort of started an anti china campaign

So what Im looking for is cars that arent made in china. I know XRAY arent, but thats about it. What about Serpent? And Kyosho maybe?
The same goes for engines, what engine manufacturers arent running production in china?

Kyosho is made in Japan. I believe Mugen is too but not certain. Xray = Slovakia. Most everything else, China or some other Asian country like Taiwan.

Well I certainly could be wrong but one of the big justifications people use for the Kyosho buggy being so expensive is that it is still made in Japan by Kyosho themselves, not outsourced to China or Taiwan. If that is not true, someone has some 'splanin to do.

Not much. Lot's of bodies, proline, protoform, parma, etc.

I hear rumors of an all US motor in the pipeline. We'll see.

AKA is USA too

I would say the only thing you can do in this hobby is support a US based company. Companies like Losi, AE, O'donnell are US based.

Does anyone know about the other european brands? Like Serpent? Ive heard that team durango is made in china so thats a nono.

Either way. Theres a very simple reason why Im all anti china.
Companies choses to move their production to china because of one simple reason, its cheaper. And why is it cheaper? Because theyre paying the workers poop wages and often have to work in inhuman conditions. In some cases its more slavery than it is a job.
Its also killing our own industries because we cant produce whatever it is we need produced for the same price as you can in china.
