Thanks for getting back to me Roelof. One more question. Are you using some sort of press to resize the sleeve or are you just turning the er 32 chuck to squeeze the sleeve ? If so what are you using to hold the chuck in place ? Thanks again

Hey hope all is well. I wanted to know if your still doing the piston and sleeve rebuilds and how has it evolved for you over the years. I'm an advid racing and I'm looking for a do it yourself method for my own engines. Can you help me out on what I need to make it happen. Thanks in advance !

hi Roelof am planning to build a break in system based on yours. I was wondering what power supply can I use.
I know I need 240v to 12 dc as I live in Europe but how many watts for a 12v 550 or 775 motor at 3000rpm.?
    thank you in advance.

roelof got a ? for u got a problem going on now for last 2 months driving me out of my mind so bad im about to sell everything and quit, maybe u have some insight. after about 3 or 4 laps my motors keep leaning out not a drop of smoke, come in to the pit for a sec or 2 all smoke comes back go back out for 2 to 3 laps same thing again, I changed 2 os motors a brand new nova, 2 brand new fuel tanks, changed clutch, 20 different fuel lines, restrictors, air boxes and air filters. today I went out it worked perfect for half the day thought maybe something I changed worked then it came back. changed gearing changed everything im am totally lost. only thing I have modified on my mugen is the 2 speed shaft I lightened it up my self. one other note when smoke goes away and we temp it its really not getting that hot just no smoke and I lose power.. thanks
