To answer my own question, those three-hole carbon pieces are spacers for the damper towers, as well as those blue washers being more spacers for the ball cups..
Which asks the question.. of course, the holes along the shock tower affect how much strength the shock has over the suspension... But what does moving the top shocks ends lengthwise along the chassis do that the towers wouldn't?
Apparently the spring retainers will "Lower your center of gravity by 1mm", and the carbon battery plate will save 5.4g of weight with its aluminum screws and such..
Tamiya USA has all those parts in their Coming Soon list already, but not the chassis..

05 NSX is looking really good too along with the Audi A4 DTM body and ESSO Supra body

[QUOTE=Jam-ehz]It seems that the belts are actually blue, according to the caption... extra bling indeed..

When you change shock towers they are narrower than the plastic ones so if you don't add the spacers the shocks are going to lean back a little towards the rear of the chassis so to correct this you add spacers to keep the shocks perpendicular to the chassis or parallel to the shock tower! Hope I answered your question.

Spool, as Difuser said, is good on corner entry and exit, bad on mid-corner. However, as personal experience, spool also work better with modify motor than stock motor. IMO it's because spool need extra driving power to make it really work. So if you doing stock racing, it might not as good as modify to do spool.
Also, the driving characteristic is bit different with spool. If you get the driving right, spool's corner entry and exit is just amazing.
