Depends, as long as the weight is balanced from left to right and located roughly the same place, should be ok.

Hebiki, new steering rack??

Please excuse Hebiki... his mind is always wandering... or in this case, wondering! Remember Izzy's infamous "SS suspension on a TB02" escapade with Mayo? I see something like this coming with that "new steering rack" proposal...

what are you talking about eeyan? this is a new chassis from crest. it has nothing to do with TCS. there's enough room in there to possibly retrofit the new steering rack.

probably wont fit though... looks like the holes for the steering line up the same as the original TA05

Just looked at the TB Evo V steering rack, far better, with the inner ball joints much closer together.

racenut thats not a trf hopup. the stock tao5 is okay already just buy trf dampers and tuned springs. oh btw, get good electronics also especially the batts. power is needed to compensate for the heavyness

Looks like a nice car. Would be courious to see how it would get around the track compared to the regular TA05. Not courious enough to buy one. I think that theading the battery through the belt would be my first concern. If the TA05 becomes the next 416 I would rather wait for that.

Default Suspension Mount

Hi,

Can anyone pls help me on the difference in suspension mounts combination and the effect of it. I know that it will change the toe setting but what I don't understand is the FF & FR. Some racers set up with the FF 1. 5 and FR
-.5 or vv.

Is there a website that can help me understand better. All help apprecaited.

Tks.
