The talk of the 17.5 class has been of the Awesomatix duo of Austin Brumblay and Aaron Young. Many are speculating on the advantages their shaft-driven drivetrain in the slower horsepower class provide. Kyle Bergstrom, who to the best of my knowledge, is piloting a Hacker-powered Top Photon, is also showing good pace

Hey guys just a general question. Does anyone know what the weight difference is between a regular weight ltcr body and a light weight ltcr body?? Thanks.

Friends with Tamiya's mainly run standard weight, but I'm not sure why.
The only real way to test is to get one of each and try them.

Whats the difference between this kit and the more expensive kits?
For $399 you can get a complete 417 kit with gear diff.
