Hey Rob, is the RCF1 Blog yours?

If so, can you show a close up pic of your servo and mount

Everywhere I shop is sold out

Or you can grab some of mine tomorrow, but remember, if you're resetting your car like Rob's in his blog we have VERY high traction, not low like he was running on. The harder springs are working well at Dennis's

42168 touring car short spring set (black) is the same as the mini car set.
That and a normal red will get you in the ball park for most situations.

Default Carbon Fiber Decal

In case you guys don't frequent the other F1 thread, I got the first batch of my carbon fiber decal sheets on Friday.
I wrapped some 104 upper arms with it and took some shots of them as well as the sheet of material.
Check it out

$12.50 a sheet or $20 for 2 shipped in the states, PM me to order

As this thread has made me wonder how challenging it would be to drive the F104 in the rain. Has anybody tried that?

No more or less challenging than a F103. When the rain first starts the track will be very slippery. Once it gets wet enough though the grip gets higher than when the track was dry.

@robk

HUGE thanks for posting those videos on how to set up the 104, they were extremely helpful.

I only wish I would have seen them BEFORE I built the kit, so I would have done it right the first time...lol
