I still think we are keeping that setup on the "down low"... unfortunately i don't know of any of us 'right coasters' showing up at this event. i would of been there if it wasn't for business trips to india.

Morris - if you've been running Larry's setup "correctly" (this often isn't done w/o a little smacking around -- at least in my case) then we might have a few hints to help when grip comes up, let us know.

and don't forget -- change those o-rings often and don't forget the green slime!

Thanks for the heads up. I tried running larrys set up and well. It didnt go so well the first time. My car feels pretty good right now. time will tell with lots of tuning.

In the picture with NEW servo mount idea, why is the top deck not using the back two screws?

the top deck not using the back two screws maybe to give more flex chassis ..

Gear diff Oil

Appreciate some advice on gear diff oil. Currently running a Spec R Gear diff with 600 WT Much More Shock oil. The track is a relatively low grip concrete and fairly tight. car had no rear end grip on power. Would a thinner oil say 300 give better grip level. Running a MOD 5.5 turn motor. Any advice would be a great help. Thanks.

1. NEW Servo mount= better Balancing the Car
2. Steven dont using the back screws (front and rear top deck), for more Flex in the Corner

I have got a question on front gear. diff,spool,one-way.
Which works best on carpet; low traction,mid,med-high,high.
Track will be 50 x90 with 8" lanes and I'm sure moderately technical. This will be used in 17.5 no boost.
