Josh said that the material change was to reduce weight. I wouldn't get too wrapped around the stiffness of the material. The stock arms are already pretty solid.

I don't disagree with you. There seems to be alot of confusion about why TOP would try to make stiffer arms when the stock arms are already very solid. Josh's post made it clear (to me) that they were designed for weight savings.

Default rear ball diff wobble.

last meeting with the photon was a cracker.. the kit is performing really well.

I've got a wobble in the rear ball diff... nothing major... interestingly I can move the diff pulley and remove the wobble by hand... but that doesn't last long before it comes back... I've tried replacing the pulley and tried a couple rebuilds but have got the same result..

i've checked the bearing holders are mirrored on both sides..

Any ideas?

It's normal for the pulley to wobble from side to side. It's designed that way for clearance from the diff plates. In running it will straighten itself

Hi
What's the best formation for those cone washers we need to put in diff halve?
()()() or ((((( or )))))
And do you use all of them?
Thanx in advance...
