Final drive ratio ( FDR ) depends on too many things to give you a good answer. Batteries, amount of drag brakes, *timing profile**, "physical" timing in your motor, last but not least *track layout* and just to throw a last curve ball, ambient temperature. It really is a moving target, if you just want to risk it and possibly overheat your new motor you can try something way below 5.0. I've run, with the same trinity duo motor, an FDR from 4.2 all the way to 5.0 using different timing profiles and drag brake settings etc ( all of the above factoring in ) using the tekin RS ESC and the LRP SPX ESC. Basically the FDR is wildly different considering all the variables stated above especially jumping from one ESC to the next and all the settings in between.
Given all that, if you want to start with something I'd say run timing profile 6 or 7 in SPX ( and little to no physical motor timing ) and with your Spur at 108 i'd run a 37 tooth pinion to start.
That would be a 4.96 FDR ( for a generic 17.5 motor ). Temp your motor after 2 -3 minutes and re-gear accordingly ( with a target of 160 degree motor temp ).
Goodluck !

There is no way to switch to aluminum bodies without purchasing the complete aluminum shock set, because the plastic shocks use different parts.

Is that battery fast charge capable? If not how many amps are you charging at?
