I like the ATLAS "Hi Silver" serrated brushes...... the get the most usable power from most of the "Newer" 23T stocks out there..


and there are 3 Shops in Tokyo that have them.... but
RC Champ has the best selection...and then Super Radicon..

You before say PUTNAM brush in rc champ can buy ?
Which parts no. ?

PUTMAN`s are good also but they were out toooooooooo Fast ..
5 Runs and mine are wiped out on my Xenon Red 23T

So I now use the ATLAS Hi Silver ones..

Champ will have the Best selection..
the Part # is

MH7-061
Spnint Silver Brush

Sorry don`t have a part # for the Putman Brushes.. ..

But I know Speed Tech R/C can get them ...

ECHO ..PQ 23T al the way...this motor has power everywere!! .... the Hobby shops in Japan can`t keep them in stock they are so popular!

Oh that motor..... It has lots of RPM but the Newer 23T Yokomo SR has more RPM ....

The ATLAS Toyomiti 23T has to be geared in the 5.9~6.5 Range..

were the Yokomo Sr can be geared in the 5.7~6.2 range.

SR Rpm 35000
Atlas Toyomiti Rpm 32000

The MDX PQ is the Power version...Kind of like there Old TS....Its a mix of Torque and RPM

as for RPM...I have 2 of them and they both pull around 33000~33800 rpm @ 7.2 volts on my yokomo MMS and they pull about 6 Amps at that RPM

Also the PQ really likes to be geared in the 5.5~5.7 Range too and it still has tons of torque..

hey JDM, anywhere I can order the ECHO PQ motor? rainbowten didnt have it the last time i checked... they only had these

echo,1980YEN,R6123T REBUILDABLE STOCK 23T SPARE ROTOR T,
echo,1980YEN,R6123S REBUILDABLE STOCK 23T SPARE ROTOR S,

and around where you gear your echo pq?

you speak highly of it and im thinking bout getting it
and im getting some pinions soon to give my RSL a proper gearing

Powers USA or Euro ...should have them here shortly...along with R-10.... they should have them soon

but they cost 3500 Yen!!!!!! but well worth it..with the Screw Com on it
and I gear mine at 5.66...
