While we are talking about alloy stuff I'm thinking about to buy some used alloy rear uprights 1degree part no 303358 I reckon they are a bit old design do you guys have some idea if they are the same design with the composite 008 uprights ?
Also I think rear uprights are the weak point of the car I've destroy many of them and sadly I know Alloy parts are not a good idea but I have no choice
If you think Alloy is really bad bad idea, between Hard and the medium composite uprights which one is more fragile?
And 1 or 0 degree toe-in?
Regards in advance

Hopefully soon! I'm looking forward to my Paragon fix!
The aluminum rear uprights are a good thing to have, they are not only stronger, but they also help keep the rear bearings more inline for a free drivetrain. I would go with the 0 degree upright and use the internal adjustments for toe. Of all the aluminum available for the car I would use the rear uprights and the steering knuckles. With the knuckles if you do break, you just break the c-hub instead of both c-hub and knuckle most of the time.

Have anyone tried the Xray lipo conversion kit? Does it affect the car's handling?
Also, does anyone know the hole diameter of the adjustable pistons?

Could someone help me out with some recomendations for gearing? I am planning on running stock with a 17.5 brushless and vta with a 21.5 brushless motor. I will be running on carpet. In vintage I need a final drive ratio between 4.2 and 4.6.
I need to buy some spur gears, just not sure where I should start. The only ones that came with the car are a 116 and a 118.

Anyone know what thrust bearing from another car I can use. I think I remember someone saying Losi but I am not sure. It is because I have rebuilt the diffs and they are still gritty so I'm thinking it is the thrust assembly.
