Excel hubs problem

I've been using some Jet alloy knuckles with a metric 3mm thread (same as the Pal/Excel rear hubs) the king pins that are supplied with the front hubs do not have a 3mm thread, and the hole is too small for the standard 'hat' flange pipe fitting. Anyone got any ideas on a king pin that will fit or some other way of installing them??
Anybody got any ideas????

The thread appear to be self-tapping designed for the plastic knuckles, I could force it into the alloy but then If I ever needed to use a plastic hub I wouldn't be able to use the flange-pipe and screw.

I know It sounds unlikely but I wondered if anyone had any better ideas, maybe getting the hubs drilled to fit the flange pipes is the way to go.

I've contact Nosram awhile ago...bad news is..they will not honor the life-time warrantee if you live in the US. You'll have to send it back to the country of Origin.
