the holes are offset but i couldn't be bothered to actually line them up on the old chassis, too busy putting it together to fiddle!don't spose you know where to find a base setting for it do you ady

Have any of you had a problem with metal corner disk and shorting your motor and ESC? 2 Thursdays ago I raced my LCG for the 1st time. The week before I ran 19T with the SSG chassis ZERO problems with those disk. New chassis ESC safe as well as Receiver. Hit them disc and it shuts my ESC down. 
Any tips or hints? I think I may have had the motor sitting to low, but I'm kind of stumped on this.

Make sure the wires on the esc are closest to the battery, NOT facing away from the batteries.

Hmmm they aren't facing away they are facing the motor with plenty of clearance IMO. But I will give it a shot you never know.

Yes but I think I may have over looked the motor cut out. What would sealing have to do with it?

as i have been told, the electricity cant go through the top and bottom of the chassis only through the sides. which is why you have to be carfeul about sealing around the cells etc. if you havent done this around the sides then this could short it out on things. might not be this, but you never know

The sides are sealed but the chassis has the plastic inserts in it. I will seal the holes they sit in too. I hope I can solve this problem. I hate not being able to race because of something as stupid as this.
