From the website

The blue aluminum ball differentials are super light for reduced rotational mass. Reducing the weight of the diffs lets the TC5R accelerate harder out of the corners. The front differential now offers the option to build a spool[/COLOR], giving a competitive edge for today's high-powered motors and batteries. Hardened-steel CVAs with cross-pin retaining clips and blue aluminum clamping wheel hexes offer reliable service getting all the power to the wheels.

I dont see anywhere else that a spool is included as well.

If I am not mistaken, they will include a spool pad with both kits !! all you will have to do is the build the diff with the pad and you will have a spool.

hey wasup, if you're lookin for a spool i currently use the tir spool which has worked flawlessly but i just ordered the jaad racing spool and it does look much more refined than the tir spool and as far as the asc spool i dont care for blades up front too much stress.

TOP racing makes one but it is just the spur hub and not the entire layshaft.

what's the best way to make a spool? I bought 2 aluminum diffs and i have the original plastic one's in the box. I want to convert one of the plastic one's to a "spool' .
