Thanks. Good idea. I picked up the EXOTEK upgrades. I just need to install.

Does anyone know if Ty is running the stock rear arms or some type of prototype arms when he puts the rear shocks in front of the arm/tower? If he reverses the stock rear arms the wheelbase will dramatically lengthen making the overall wheelbase somewhere like 4-5mm longer than stock setup.

Without knowing the size of the track its a tough call.
I don't really want to give you gearing and have you overheat your motor.
See what the AE guys are running then to the gearing math.

Is everyone driving the B6 now? This thread is dead. I want to pick one of these up but I'm nervous I'll be the only one driving it!
This would be my first 2wd buggy, so I was hoping for a longer thread with more info.

Certainly at most tracks across the country there are going to be a majority of racers who run AE or TLR, but that doesnt mean its the best car or the only car that works at that track. The D216 is very durable and works very well on a variety of surfaces with little to no upgrades needed.

What other info were you looking for about the car?

Not really looking for anything specific yet, but I've got one on the way.
I guess one thing, I can't find a blank setup sheet, anyone have one or know where I can find one?

Thanks! I tried checking there but the site was down. So I'll get them when it's back up.

Will a Tekin RS ESC survive in this? Or will I fry it because it doesn't have a fan? Obviously I can watch the temps, just wondering if the ESC I run should have a fan or not.

What motor are you using? As long as the motor is 8.5t or higher it should have no issues running.
